Open Realty XML Data Feeds – Google Base, Trulia and Zillow

What does our plugin do?

Our synch XML plugin will create the xml data feed files for you to push your listings in to Zillow, Trulia and Google Base.

• Synch not Just Load - Making edits to your properties in Open Realty and want to make sure they are replicated in Google, Zillow and Trulia? Our plugin will look at the last time you edited the property, and the last xml synch date and create an xml file that will:
  • Add any new properties
  • Update edited properties
  • Delete removed properties
• Decide which property sites to synch to – You can choose to synch to all three or one or none. Depending on whether or not you have an account set-up with Google, Trulia or Zillow you can select to synch them or not.
